Random Dentist Poll

Today, because I haven't written in a long time, and because I'm on my way to the dentist, I'm taking a poll.

Do you brush your teeth right before you go to the dentist?

Absolutely. I even take a toothbrush to work to do it if I am not going to have time to go home before my appointment.

Yes. More aggressively than normal, too.

I don't. I'll chew gum to take care of any bad breath, but I don't brush again (after my normal morning brushing) before the appointment.

You've been at the dentists a long time. Time to update.

I brush my teeth before a dentist appointment. I generally brush two or even three times before a dentist appointment. I try to make my teeth as clean as I can before a dentist appointment.

yes, but if you happen to forget or not be in a place where that is possible, the dentist always has toothbrushes and toothpaste AND mouthwash available at a sink for you to use before you see the dentist. don't be afraid or too shy to ask.

of course. And I start flossing about a week before as well.

Except once I hit the late 30s and, eek 40, I floss sporadically, too.
