Running update: Running has been going so well for me. I think the half marathon might be my distance, at least for a while. I really like getting out on Saturdays and pounding out 8-12 miles. There is something serene about it. I'm sure there are many of you who think I'm crazy, but I really enjoy know that for the next hour to two hours it's just me, my thoughts or my music and the pavement. I'm getting the competitive bug. My goal for my first half is just to finish. But after that, I'm all about trying to beat that. I did my first speed workout tonight with a running group I've started attending. My buns and quads are gonna be sore tomorrow.
Since I seem to love projects and seem to love to share them, I might move on to another once I finish up these two. A blogger I read does something called a Mighty Life list. It's basically a bucket list. I've got a few things on it so far, and maybe if I post it, I'll be encouraged to get in the planning stages of a few of them.
