So needless to say a few days after we moved in, I officially got a job offer. I am going back to my healthcare software roots and working for a company doing support for a product I've never worked with.
I actually started yesterday. I'm a little nervous to be going back to work full time, I haven't worked full time in almost 3 years. Granted I got a Masters degree so it's not like I've been sitting on the couch eating bon bons but it's been a while since I've had to be somewhere every day at 8am and stay there until 5pm.
At my current job I work quite a few evenings, so I've gotten used to having the morning to be productive. I think I will miss that a little.
I think the job is kind of stepping stone to bigger and better things in the company, a foot in the day one might say.
I'm not quite done at the food bank, so I'll be working during the day, and some nights and weekends for the rest of the month. After two days, I'm pretty dang tired, so it might be a long month!!
